I served these pork chops with white rice and black beans, but they also go great with fried yuca.

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix all the spices with the orange juice and lemon juice or vinegar. Adjust the salt to taste.
Marinate the pork chops in this mixture for about 2 hours. - 2
After 2 hours, remove the pork chops from the marinade and brush them with oil.
Preheat a grill or grill pan and cook the pork chops on both sides until done. - 3
Serve the pork chops with white rice and black beans. You can also serve them with fried yuca.
