Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly and add warm water to form a stiff dough.

Let it rest for 10 minutes, then shape into a ball and roll out into a sheet.

Place it in a frying pan and cook until it bubbles, then flip it over.

Cut into four pieces, use each to form a samosa and choose a suitable filling. Finally, fry it in very hot oil.
