Soak Kabuli chane overnight with half teaspoon of baking soda

Morning strain the water, wash it twice and thrice, take cooker put chane water, Amla, salt and give whistle on high flame for 10minutes and then on slow flame for 10-15 minutes

Make green chilli and ginger paste

Make tomato and onion coarse paste

Take kadai add ghee jeera tejpatta and chopped onion let it saute till golden brown add ginger chilli paste

Add puree and slices of tomato and all spices and let it cook

Add boiled chole and let it cook

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice and vinegar onion and radish
