Creamy Paneer with Spinach Rice

This is a healthy vegetarian platter that combines goodness of spinach and richness of paneer. It's flavourful spices and creamy texture would be loved by both kids and adults. This dinner recipe is a must try one.

Start by marination. Mix chopped garlic with pizza seasoning, chilli flakes, coriander,salt and oil. merinate paneer slices for 10 mins. And then saute the paneer till light pink.

In a pan, heat butter. Add chopped burnt garlic, onions, capsicum, green chillies and corn. Saute for a while. Add maida and saute.

As maida turns slightly pink, add milk and whisk it to avoid lumps. Add chilli flakes, pepper powder,pizza seasoning and salt. Let the gravy cook.

As gravy turns little thick, add sauted paneer, fresh cream and cook it for few mins.

For Spinach Rice, blanch spinach and make puree.

In a pan, heat butter. Add jeera,cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and saute. Add veggies and saute. Add spinach puree.

Cook the puree to blend nicely with veggies. Add cooked rice and salt as needed. Mix it well and cook for 5 mins.
