Peel off and smash the Aloo.Cut and wash the Methi leaves, coriander leaves and garlic leaves.

Take the Aloo in a big mixing bowl. add the Methi, garlic and coriander leaves. Add all the masala ingredients and mix well.

Take the wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining dough ingredients and mix well. Add necessary water and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Divide the dough in 10 equal part and make balls.

Divide the stuffing mixture in 10 parts. Take the doughs 1 ball in the palm. Spread with fingers in a round shape.put the stuffing ball in the middle. Bring up all the edges together in the centre and joint its. Slightly press like a disc.

Dip the stuffed ball in flour and roll with a rolling pin on the rolling board.

Heat the tawa on medium flame. Put the paratha in the middle and cook 1 side till a come small bubble.Flip the paratha on the other side and cook till golden. Spread some oil on paratha and flip it.Cook the Paratha both sides are golden brown.

is ready to serve. Serve with Raita, pickle, chutney.
