Ina bowl add all the ingredients and salt, flour. Mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix again. If the consistency is watery you can add same quantity of rice and gram flour.

Now in a hot tawa,sprinkle oil and place a handful of the mixture and, keep the flame on slow and sprinkle oil on top if you want and flip and cook.
