KHATTA TEEKHA MOONG POHA CUTLET(Breakfast + Snack + Even a tiffin box 🗃️)

Coarsely blend the overnight-soaked green moong in a mixer grinder without adding any water, then transfer it to a mixing bowl.

Rinse the poha once with water, drain the excess water, and set it aside for 5 minutes.

Add the soaked poha, boiled potato 🥔 / sweet potato 🍠 grated carrot 🥕 chopped onion 🧅 coriander leaves, finely chopped ginger 🫚 green chilies 🌶️ salt, jeera, and lemon 🍋 juice to the green moong paste. Mix everything well.

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small tikkis.
5. Roll each tikki in Makhana & sesame seeds powder.Heat a pan, add ghee, and place the tikkis in the pan. Cover and cook the tikkis on both sides until golden and cooked through.
Serve with any chutney or dip of your choice
