This is best had cold even tough it is good warm

Heat ghee in pan Add pieces of almonds and cashew and roast it for 2 minutes and keep aside.

In a same pan add grated carrots and saute for 5 minutes

Cover the pan and cook grated carrots for 3 minutes.
Add milk and bring it to boil for 10 to 15 minutes. Adjust the thickness of kheer.
Add sugar and cook it for another 5 minutes.
Add pieces of rosted almonds and cashew. Add cardomem powder and mix well.
Carrot dessert (Gajar kheer) is ready to serve.
