Carrot Kheer

In a pan boil milk to add milk powder. Boil it on high flame till 7 to 8 minutes. Add some saffron threads.

Grate carrot, saute it for 3 minutes to add 1 teaspoon ghee. Now add carrot in boil milk.

Now cook both till milk absorb half and feel thick consistency. At that time add cardamom powder and sugar.

On low flame again cook it some more time. Now it ready. Keep aside for room temperature.

Dry fruits chooped roughly and roast for 2 minutes. Add it in ready kheer. Now keep it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Before serve garnish with pistachios slices. Yummy and delicious kheer is ready.
