The best way to use saffron ; when you lightly toast the saffron, it releases the best flavour & it can be ground to make a powder & then you can add just ice. This will give the best color. You can see the pic
The pan should be only slightly warm, do not heat it too much else it will burn. We want to just toast it slightly

Nimbu Pani is the BEST SUMMER DRINK !! Nothing makes me happier than a good nimbu pani.
This is a classic & just add few drops of the saffron extract & it will be soooo good !!

Adding chia seeds /sabza is a great addition.
Garnish with mint leaves. You can add little dry rose petals also - 4
You can use this saffron extract in your other recipes like.. kheer, basundi, fruit cream, rabdi etc
Keep saffron extract in small glass bottle in refrigerator
