  1. 1 bowlcooked rice(leftover rice)
  2. 1 bowlboiled corn
  3. 1 bowlpeas
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 bowlbread crumbs (Freshly prepared)
  6. 1 teaspoonchat masala(homemade)
  7. 2-3boiled potatoes
  8. 100 gmpaneer
  9. 1 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  10. 1 teaspoonamchur powder
  11. 250 mloil for frying
  12. 1 teaspoonmaida or cornflour
  13. 1 bowlbread crumbs(dried)
  14. 1/2 bowlChopped coriander leaves

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Take bowl add leftover rice mashed potatoes, paneer bread crumbs boiled peas and corn

    Add all spices and mix well

    Leave for 2-3 minutes for rest

    Make small cylindrical rolls

    Dip into the slurry and coat with bread crumbs and fry in oil on medium flame
