Ingredients

30 - 35 min
Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 lbraw shrimp (about 450 grams)
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 2cucumbers
  4. 1/2white onion
  5. Cilantro, to taste
  6. Optional: 1 serrano pepper
  7. Clamato juice
  8. Salt and pepper
  9. Juice of 7 limes

Steps

30 - 35 min
  1. 1

    Chop the shrimp and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it marinate until it turns pink.

    Finely dice the onion, then chop the cucumber, tomato, and cilantro. Add them to the shrimp.

  3. 3

    Mix everything together and pour in Clamato juice. Optionally, add chopped serrano pepper. Serve with your favorite hot sauces, and enjoy with tostadas and mayonnaise.
