Assemble ingredients, cut Gobhi into small small florets, chop Carrot and Potato into small small cubes.

Steam Gobhi florets and chopped Carrot upto 80 % and keep aside.

In heated pan add oil allow to heat, add Onion seeds and allow to crackle, then add all Vegetables + salt + green chilli and sauté for around 2 minutes.

Add turmeric powder + 3-4 tbsp Water and cook further for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped Coriander and mix well.
Dish is done. - 5
Serve hot hot with Paratha, Phulka, Puri.
