Broccoli Tacos

Assemble ingredients

In a mixing bowl add Maida / Atta, add salt + Oil and mix nicely, gradually add water and knead a semi-soft dough, add 1 tsp oil to the dough, coat all over and cover it, and keep aside for 10 minutes.

In a pan add 1 tbsp oil + Butter, add Broccoli florets and sauté for a few minutes. Add salt + green chilli and sauté for few seconds.

Add Milk + black pepper powder + malai and stir well, cook for 3-4 minutes under medium flame.

Add grated Cheese and cook for around a minute or till cheese melts.
Transfer to a plate and allow to cool. - 6
Now once again knead the dough for around 1 minute.
Now take medium portions from the dough and roll out just like roti.
It should be properly round in shape.
Take the help of any bowl or cookie cutter to get the perfect round shape.
Take tawa and lightly toast both sides of roti, keep aside. - 7
Take toasted roti, add 2-3 tbsp of the filling on any one side of each roti. Add grated Cheese

Cover the filling by folding it with the other side of roti.

Put the pan on low heat, pour oil, place the prepared tacos 🌮 and fry/toast under low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes by pressing gently.
Flip and toast the other side too. - 10
Crispy Broccoli Tacos is done.
