Whole Green Mung Bean Dosa

Soak the whole green Mung Bean for at least 5 to 6 hrs or overnight. In the morning remove its water and take a mixer jar, add soaked Mung Bean in it, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, etc. And grind it as per dosa batter consistancy.

Now heat the dosa tawa, grease oil on it and make dosa as required.

As the bottom turns golden color and crispy serve immediately.

Serve hot, with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
