Wash the toor dal twice and take it in the pressure cooker add 1/3 spoon turmeric,and cut green chillies into small pieces then cut tomatoes and add mirchi powder, tamarind and them add pour 2 big glasses of water then close the pressure cooker cap leave upto 5 to 6 whistles.

Now open the cooker cap after removing the vapour pressure and take one small kadai add 2 spoons of oil after it gets heat add mustard seeds,Jeera, garlic pieces, curry leaves, coriander leaves and wait for 1 minute to get good aroma and pour it into dal
