Garden cress ladoo

Grate fresh coconuts.Make jaggery into small pieces.

In a heavy bottom karahi add fresh coconut, jaggery and garden cress seeds.Mix to gether.

On the gas flame and saute till all ingredients mix together and leaves sides of the karahi.Add nutmeg powder and one tablespoon ghee.Turn off the gas.Cool.Make medium size ladoo.Store in refrigerator.
