My oven baked Chilli and Sweet pepper chips
Great for a snack with a cold drink or for sharing with a BBQ!!

Cooking Instructions

Peel the potato and cut into chips approx 1cm thick. Place in a bowl and cover with cold water. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.

Drain the chips and dry by dabbing with a clean tea towel.
Place the dried chips into a clean bowl and add the olive oil. Toss around to coat all of the chips. - 3
Add chilli flakes, sweet paprika powder and salt and pepper. Toss again ensuring the chips are completely coated in the mix.

Place on an Air fryer crisper tray and bake for 15-20 minutes @ 190 degrees. Turn the chips a couple of times during the cooking.

Once cooked through place the chips in a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley, lemon wedge and if desired a bit of sea salt.
