Ingredients

20 minutes
1 person
  • 1extra large potato
  • 1 teaspoonSweet paprika
  • Halfa teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedge
  • Halfa tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 4 tablespoonsolive oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel the potato and cut into chips approx 1cm thick. Place in a bowl and cover with cold water. Allow to soak for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Drain the chips and dry by dabbing with a clean tea towel.
    Place the dried chips into a clean bowl and add the olive oil. Toss around to coat all of the chips.

  3. 3

    Add chilli flakes, sweet paprika powder and salt and pepper. Toss again ensuring the chips are completely coated in the mix.

  4. 4

    Place on an Air fryer crisper tray and bake for 15-20 minutes @ 190 degrees. Turn the chips a couple of times during the cooking.

  5. 5

    Once cooked through place the chips in a serving dish, garnish with chopped parsley, lemon wedge and if desired a bit of sea salt.

  6. 6
