My dad came up with this recipe and eats as a snack.

Slicing the potatoes thinly as much as you can for a crunchy texture.
It won't cook well if the slices dries out on the surface, so start cooking right after you slice them.
I use a knife to cut the potatoes so there are a few thick ones. But they are like soft chips? and good too. Recipe by Royalhamy

Ingredients

  1. 1as much (to taste) Asian sweet potato
  2. 1Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the potatoes and slice very thinly with the skins on.

  2. 2

    Place the slices in a single layer in a pan and cook over medium heat on both sides.

  3. 3

    When the chips yellow, wavy on the edges and lightly browned, sprinkle salt and they are done.
