Soak the granules in warm water for 7-8 mins.
Squeeze the water nicely with hands and add red chilli powder, salt, haldi powder, roasted jeera powder, green chillies, fresh coriander and chopped onion 🧅
Since the granules are dry, add a tbsp of hung curd to moisten the masala. - 2

Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a pan and roast the masala for 5-6 mins. Let it cool down before filling in the paratha 🫓

Now take a dough ball and fill it with the masala.
Roll the paratha and cook on tawa nicely either by using little oil or ghee. - 5
I like to cook the paratha without any fat on the tawa and gas grill then smear them nicely with ghee after taking them off the tawa / grill

Enjoy garama garam paratha 🫓 with some curd, achar & green chutney

My sons favorite he always takes this in tiffin with small cup of dahi
