  • 300 gboiled sweet potatoes
  • 1/4onion (sliced)
  • 1/2apple
  • 30 gdried grapes
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 tablespoonmayonnaise (optional)
  • Pepper

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil sweet potato in rice cooker. I use my favorite Annou Imo (安納芋)

    Peel the skin of potatoes. Slice the onion very thinly and cut apples.

    Mix all and add olive oil and pepper.

    Add mayonnaise to taste.
