First wash all the vegetables. With this vegetables I have prepared cutlet. There was left over cutlet was their. So I thought of making cutlet paratha. Lets start how it makes. In a bowl combine all the mashed vegetables and wheat flour, ajwain and hing. Add a pinch of salt. Already their is a salt in cutlet. Check it and add salt. Mix it properly and knead a semi smooth dough. Once it is done then keep aside for 1 minutes.

From the dough take a small ball roll it like a paratha. Heat tawa and place the paratha on tawa. Cook both the sides and brush oil. Fry till it is light light brown in a colour. Once it is done then transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy morning breakfast with any chutney or raita. I love to eat with a curd.
