Ingredients

  1. 1 CupArborio Rice
  2. 4 CupsChicken Broth
  3. Pinchsalt and pepper
  4. 2 Tablespoonsbutter
  5. 2 HeadsBroccoli
  6. 1 CupCheddar Cheese

Cooking Instructions

    In one pan, melt the butter with salt and pepper on medium heat. Place your chicken broth on low heat in a different pan.

    Chop up your broccoli into bite sized pieces.

    Add in risotto rice and cook until aromatic. Around 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add one scoop of broth at a time slowly into the risotto. Allow each spoonful to fully dissolve before adding more. Continue this process with the entire broth. Around 20 minutes

  5. 5

    Add in broccoli and cheddar cheese. Allow to cook together for another 5 minutes.
