A week filled with vegetarian surprises, I tried channel and tune my innovative side. I think, I'm literally starting to become a green thumb as of now. It was to Diet for!

Start of with the tomatoes. Optional if you want let it soak in warm water. Chopped up the tomatoes and the bell peppers.

Put it in one bowl. I'd preferably would have wanted to add spices but salt and black pepper does the job. Mix in well. Can wait for additional water to boil to throw in pan while mixing

Poor boiled water into pan and add the tomatoe ingredients boil.

Let it boil until it starts simmering.

After simmering let it cook down I a different bowl.

Take your soya mince (bough the Vegan packet) add it to the pan. Add 1tb salt, tb of sugar. Stir and mix well.

Add mustard. Two/Three squirts fine.

Serve with bread and additional sour cream
