For pocket,In a pan boil 3/4 cup water,add ghee and salt.boil water for 5 minutes.,add ragi flour slowly mix well to avoid lumps.off the flame. cover lid.rest for 5 minutes.make soft dough.

For salad,shrad cabbage,grate carrot,sliced onion. Roll small ball of ragi dough.Roast on medium heat on both sides.make ball.

Make slit from centre.

Take boiled rajma, boiled potatoes and boiled beetroot.smash them.mix roasted besan and all ingredients of tikki.

Roll them and sprinkle sesame seeds.and air-fry. Them for 13-15 minutes.

For sour Cream in a hung curd add salt, chopped coriander, Schezwan chutney.mix well.

In a ragi pocket spread green chutney,sour cream,put two tikki and spread salad.

And beetroot falafel Ragi pockets are ready.
