Sear the chicken thighs in a pan with a splash of oil.

Once seared, add the juice of half a lemon, 3 chopped garlic cloves, a splash of soy sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well and let cook a bit longer.

When everything is well cooked, add the ketchup, mustard, and honey. Then add 1 1/2 cups of white wine, or water if preferred. Let it finish cooking, stirring occasionally.

Once ready, if desired, fry some potatoes in another pan or fryer to accompany the dish. Remove the chicken thighs, and mix the potatoes with the remaining sauce. Serve and enjoy.
