1/2 cupinstant oats (150 cal)
1/2 cupskim milk (40 cal)
1 tspwhole chia seeds (22 cal)
1/4 scoopwhey (23 cal)
1kiwi (44 cal)

Add all ingredients (except for the kiwi) into a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Heat the bowl in the microwave for 75-90 seconds.
