Cooking Instructions
- 1
Gather all ingredients. Wash the limes & mints. Halve and juice the limes. Cut few extra thin slices that will be used to garnish your drink. Wash the mint leaves.
📝Notes
1. Use fresh lime juice, not the ones from the bottles or boxes.
2. Rose syrup is a sweet and thick syrup. We bought ours from local Vietnam grocery. Most Asian groceries sell Rose Syrup. - 2
Add 3 tbsp of Rose syrup to a clear tall glass. Add more if you like your drink sweeter. Keep aside.
- 3
Next, cut mint leaves and lightly bruise them with the tip of the knife. Add the mints into the glass.
📝Note
1. If you have a muddler, you can add the leaves directly into the glass and lightly muddle them. Don't muddle them too much as you don't want to break the leaves into near paste. - 4
Add a tablespoon of lime juice into the glass then fill the glass with ice cubes. Add a slice of lime. Pour in the Sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately.

#WSDroohafza mojito,“MY love is like a red red rose” I grow nearly 400 rose plants in my garden, roses of many colors, size and fragrance lowers, many fragrances. No pesticides are used. I plucked fresh red, flowers and made sharbat. I don't add much sugar: I don't add refined white sugar. Add sugar according to your taste. If you want sweetness, you can add honey while sipping.
