  • 2 packagespremade potato gnocchi
  • 2 pintscherry tomatoes
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonpepper
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 1 tablespoonItalian seasoning
  • 8 ozBurrata
  • Fresh basil
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes

  1. 1

    Cook the garlic on medium heat for 3 minutes. Add in cherry tomatoes and occasionally mix until jam- like (12 mins)

    In a separate pot, prepare the gnocchi according to instructions on the box. Save one cup of the pasta water and then strain.

    Add heavy cream and salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the cherry mixture.

    Add Burrata, gnocchi, pasta water and fresh basil. Feel free to top with red pepper.
