  • 2eggs
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • Cooking oil

    Blanch the corn kernels until cooked, then set aside.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs, add cornstarch and a pinch of sugar, and mix until smooth.

    Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter into the pan, and shape it into round fritters.

  4. 4

    Fry on low heat until both sides are golden, then sprinkle a little sugar on top and enjoy these sweet and crispy corn fritters right away.
