For the chicken marination, add the above seasoning, some oil, lemon juice and yoghurt

Cook this on a pan and set aside

Brown your onions slightly, add bay leaf, puree and tomato puree. Add the same seasonings

Add some walnuts and leave on pan to soften the mixture

Add this to a blender until it turns into a puree and pour back into the pan.

Add your chicken. Pour some double cream and some butter to your thick paste to your liking

Add extra seasoning if necessary, Once creamy serve add some parsley/ oregano
