Everyone would love them for sure. And the best part is the Peri Peri seasoning that lends it that awesome flavour and aroma.
Chat Masala or any other seasoning can also be used for a change. But Peri Peri was the best for me.
These crisp and crunchy Beetroot Chips were pure love. We thoroughly enjoyed them at Iftaar. And it was a welcome change from all that heavy deep frying and the rest. It was such a delightful bliss. Beetroots never looked so good. These Chips were a total comfort and absolutely healthy and wholesome. These were loved to the core.

Steps

Wash throughly and pat dry all the beetroots to get rid of dirt and sand particles. Peel them all and slice thinly. Set aside.

Preheat the air fryer and adjust the temperature to 180°. Place the sliced beetroot in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap. Sprinkle some peri peri on them.

Select the option air-fry and shake the basket once in between for a perfect crunch and even frying. Do it in batches. That's it. Crisp and crunchy chips are all done to perfection in no time at all. These would get done in 4-5 minutes. 20-25 minutes is the total time taken if done in batches.

Serve immediately. It's a perfect choice for a healthy snacking if you have them handy at anytime. Sprinkle some more of the seasoning just before serving as well. It's perfect for Iftaar meals this Ramadan. Enjoy!
