Sweet and Sour Cod Stir-Fry

I often find packs of cod on sale at the local supermarket, so I decided to give this a try! It's a family favorite.
There are quite a few seasonings, but the steps are simple, so give it a try!

I often find packs of cod on sale at the local supermarket, so I decided to give this a try! It's a family favorite.
There are quite a few seasonings, but the steps are simple, so give it a try!
Cooking Instructions

Julienne the bell peppers and carrot, and thinly slice the onion.

If using cod scraps, remove the skin if desired and cut the cod into bite-sized pieces. If using regular cod, just cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, combine all of Seasoning ① with the bite-sized cod pieces and mix.

Fry the cod. If the coating doesn't fry well, add more potato starch. Place the fried cod on a separate plate.

Add oil to a frying pan and quickly stir-fry the carrot, bell peppers, and onion. (Leave a bit of crunch for best results.)

Add all of Seasoning ② to the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Once heated through, add the fried cod and mix well with the sauce to finish!
