Sweet and Sour Stir-fry with Tender Chicken Breast

I bought a lot of chicken breast on sale and so I wanted to create tender and delicious recipe with them.
When you prepare the chicken, slice thinly so that it cooks through quick. If you like, add some grated ginger!
I used shimeji mushrooms, but king oyster mushrooms or shitake mushrooms are also good. Recipe by EnjoyKitchen

I was chosen as a cook tester for Mitsukan "Jukumi" vinegar, so I tried using it in my recipe which I've made since I lived by myself when I was younger!Since my husband doesn't like vinegar, I used to use a very mild vinegar called "Yasashii Osu". But I have noticed that "Jukumi" vinegar makes the dish more delicious since I started using it. Recipe by Erebon cookpad.japan -

Tender & Juicy, Sweet and Sour Chicken Breast Tender & Juicy, Sweet and Sour Chicken Breast
To create this sweet and sour chicken this time, I added a little twist when pre-seasoning the chicken breast which is inexpensive and mild in flavor. After many trials, I've decided that this is the best combination of ingredients. Every season, I add seasonal vegetables to this dish, and it has become my family's favorite.◆As long as you add the onions, you could use any kind of vegetables ^^◆ By rubbing in the sugar and sake into the chicken, not only will you be able to pre-season the meat, but it also prevents the juice from running out, so that the chicken becomes moist and juicy.◆ By slicing the chicken breast diagonally and then rolling them up, the texture of the chicken becomes puffy and tender. Sweet and Sour Chicken Sweet and Sour Chicken
Everyone who likes sweet and sour chicken should have their own recipe to make at home, and I mean "making the sauce yourself" level of at-home cooking. Because that bottled sweet and sour sauce? No thank you! I prefer to control the amounts of certain ingredients going into my dishes (like sugar and sodium). In actuality, a lot of your favorite "Chinese dishes" (you know, what you pile on your plate at the buffet or call to have delivered at 11pm lol) are a LOT simpler to make at home than you may realize. This is my version of the standard favorite.
