Assemble all the ingredients.

Boil the corn 🌽 kernels in a pressure cooker up to 2 whistles. Open the pressure cooker when the pressure is released & remove the corn. Cool.

Take the boiled corn in a mixer jar. Grind the boiled corn, green chillies, garlic 🧄 & coriander to a coarse paste.

Remove the stuffing in a bowl / plate. Add grated cheese, chilli flakes & pizza seasoning.Add salt.Mix gently. Keep aside.

How to make parathas : Take a portion of the dough & roll into large size chapati.

Place 2 tbsp of the stuffing in the centre of the chapati. Fold all the 4 sides & make a square.

Roll it into a thick paratha.

Cook the Paratha on a hot tawa with butter, till brown spots appear on both the sides.

Make 2nd Paratha the same way. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup 🍅.
