High protein pizza dough
Makes enough dough for six "9" to 11" pizzas. Non-stick frying pan works best.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Blend all the ingredients except flour together using a stick blender or food processor and then add all flour.
- 2
Divide the dough into 6 equal amounts and wrap 5 of the 6 sections tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use (it will keep in the refrigerator for a week or you can freeze it).
- 3
Because this dough will not roll out easily, it's best to spread it out with your fingers in a 9 to 11 inch non stick frying pan to desired thickness. Moisten your fingertips so the dough does not stick to your fingers.
- 4
Once the dough is distributed in the pan evenly, add pizza sauce, cheese and whatever toppings you want.
- 5
Cook pizza in a preheated 550° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Easy Pizza Dough Easy Pizza Dough
I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

Spinnable Pizza Dough Spinnable Pizza Dough
-I used to use yeasted pizza dough, but I wanted the crust to be crispier so I stopped using yeast. And when I was rolling out the dough, I thought I could spin it in the air, and tried it - and I succeeded. The dough doesn't stretch out as much as when they show it being done on TV, but it's really fun.-Use lots of pizza sauce! This is key! Leave the edge clear of toppings and sauce to enjoy the crispy texture. Otherwise you may run out of sauce too....-The pizza cooks faster on a grill rather than in the oven. It comes out crispier too. Recipe by happyblessing cookpad.japan -
Pizza Dough Pizza Dough
This pizza dough is not prepared or cooked in a traditional way, but it is the best homemade dough recipe that I've been able to come up with. It's also a nice cross between two competing pizza philosophies, namely Chicago-style deep dish and New York-style thin crust. It's versatile in the sense it is great for any topping choice, and although it won't be your favorite pizza crust of all time, it will hopefully be the favorite one you've ever made at home.
