Ingredients

4 fresh chikoo
  1. 1/2 ltrmilk
  2. 2 tbsp sugar
  3. 1 tablespoondry fruits
  4. 1/4 tbspcardamom powder

Steps

15 minutes. Serve 2-3 persons
  1. 1

    “First, heat a pan and add milk. Bring it to a boil and cook until it thickens. Then, add sugar and cardamom powder.”

    Turn off the heat and make it cool down peel the chikoo and mash with fork,set the mashed chikoo aside.

    Add mashed chikoo in a bowl add room temperature milk and mix it smoothly.ensuring the consistency is smooth and uniform.stir in the dryfruits,reserving remaining for garnish.serve chilled or at room temperature garnish with remaining dryfruits.enjoy your testy and nutritious chikoo basundi.
