Clean the baby broccoli and asparagus, then cut them into pieces. Slice the mushrooms thinly and marinate with a little vegetarian oyster sauce. Heat oil in a pan, sauté some onions, then add the baby broccoli stems and asparagus to stir-fry first.

Stir a few times, then add the mushrooms. Next, season with 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar, adjusting to taste, then add the rest of the baby broccoli.
