Add water into a pot. Add potatoes and cover the pot. Cook for
12-15 minutes or till the potatoes are soft - 2
Drain the water and let the potatoes cool. Now peel its skin and mash
them while they are still slightly hot.
Add the green chillies, onion, salt and mash everything together till it is well combined. - 3
Add the mustard oil and fresh coriander, give it a nice mix.

Take the potato mixture in your hand and shape it into a ball

Top it up
with sliced onion..... Serve with steam rice - 6
