Incredibly juicy and tender, it takes mere 15-20 minutes to prepare these veal chops. Deep golden on the outside, slightly pink on the inside, it both looks and tastes absolutely amazing!
Veal has a delicate, mild flavour compared to beef, with a tender, velvety-like texture. There are two types of veal chops: veal loin chops and veal rib chops. Veal loin chops, or porterhouse chops, are similar to T-bones, whereas veal rib chops are from the upper section of the rib roast. A bit smaller than loin chops, they're extremely tender and juicy.
Once you have marinated the chops, you just have to pan-sear them and finish them in the oven. No hassles of grilling or long hours of cooking!
Sure, it’s not as fancy but this recipe is perfect for every occasion.
