Today I have made tasty simple healthy sabudana khichdi. It's very easy to make. It's one of the favourite snacks/ breakfast dish in my home for vrat.

Today I have made tasty simple healthy sabudana khichdi. It's very easy to make. It's one of the favourite snacks/ breakfast dish in my home for vrat.
Steps

Soak the sabudana in minimum water for overnight or for 6-7 hours.

Take a bowl add soaked sabudana, sugar powder, peanut powder, sendha namak, mix it properly.

Heat ghee in a kadai add chopped green chilies cumin seeds saute few seconds then add boiled cubes potato, mix it and fry them.

Now add sabudana mixture to the kadai, mix well. Cover with a lid and cook for some times on low heat.

Now finished with add chopped coriander leaves, mix it properly. Sabudana khichdi is ready.

Garnish with pomegranate pearl. Tasty sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.
