Peel and wash all your potatoes

Chop your potatoes into thin strips. First cut vertically to make discs then cut along the longest side.

Set your cooking oil in a deep frying pan and heat until boiling point then and your potato strips and cook for about 15mins until they are stiff.

Serve when hot.
