Ingredients

2 cuprice
4 cupwater
1 tspchilli powder
dashlemon juice
to tastesalt and pepper
1 tbspbbq sauce
Red kidney beans
1 tbspcurry powder
2chopped tomatoes
1onion, sliced

Steps

Add onions to a pan with oil of your choice. Cook for 5mins

Add chilli powder and curry powder. Allow to simmer for 2-3 mins

Add rice with water then add lemon juice, salt and pepper. cook until rice is soft
4

Add kidney beans, bbq sauce and tomatoes. Simmer for 5mins and mix thoroughly
