In a blender, place the bread slices and blend to a coarse powder..

In a mixing bowl, mix together beet, potato, peas, peanuts and powdered bread. Season with salt and pepper. Make equal sized balls of the mixture and slightly press to flatten.

On a heated griddle, spread oil, place the cutlets, brush the top side with oil cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Serve with your choice of dip and beverage.
