Ingredients

  • 100 gdigestive biscuits, crushed
  • 50 gdemerara sugar
  • 50 gbutter, melted
  • 500 gcream cheese
  • 200 mldouble cream
  • 100 gicing sugar
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together biscuit and sugar, add in melted butter and mix well

  2. 2

    Spoon the biscuit mixture into your chosen dessert glass or cake tin. Refrigerate until set

  3. 3

    Whisk together icing sugar, cream cheese and vanilla extract. Then fold in double cream, whisk well

  4. 4

    Add the mixture to the biscuit based and leave to set in the fridge for an hour.
