Steps

Rins rice 2 3 times and soak in water for 15 minutes.

Rins soya chunks and boiled it for 5 minutes

Drain the excess water.

Heat oil add musterd seeds,cumin seeds,bay leaf black pepper, cinnamon, cloves to sizzle, add onion,green chillies,garlic and saute to turn transparent.

Add green peas turmeric powder, chilli powder and saute 2,3 minutes.

Drain excess water from rice and add them in pan mix well and saute for 2 3 minutes.

Add water and salt to taste and bring it to boil.

When it starts to boiling low the flame and Cover it with lid for 10,15 minutes.

After 10,15 minutes turn off the flame and keep it over hot stove at least 5 minutes.

Soya rice is ready to serve.
