Steps

Wash the kulith sprouts. Take kulith sprouts in a pressure cooker add 1 cup of water & pressure cook it for 2 whistles.

Open the pressure cooker, once the air is released.

Take a non-stick pan, add oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds & let them crackle. Add curry leaves & green chilli slit. Saute & add garlic. Cook the garlic till slightly browned.

Add onions & saute well. Add tomatoes & cook till they become soft.

Add Usal masala,turmeric powder, red chilli powder & 2 tsp water from the boiled sprouts, so that the masalas don't burn. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add boiled kulith with water & cook for 5 minutes. Add salt. Mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander & serve with rice or bajarichi bhakri.
