Rasa is a thin, soup like sweet & sour curry.
This is another version of Soy Khaman Dhokla.The Khaman Dhokla pieces are cooked in Rasa ---- a sweet & sour liquidy gravy . Serve it immediately after it is cooked in the Raas or the dish will turn soggy .
It can be served as one pot meal.

Rasa : Take a non-stick pan, add oil & when oil becomes hot add mustard seeds. Let the mustard seeds splutter,add asafoetida, curry leaves, green chillies & water. Add salt.

Add the dry masala,jaggery & kokum & cook for 5 minutes.

How to serve : Add 7 pieces of Khaman Dhokla in the boiling Rasa.Cook for 1 minute only.

Serve Soy Rasiya Khaman Dhokla in a deep dish.Place 2 pieces of plain Khaman on the side. Dunk into this Soy Rasiya Khaman Dhokla immediately.
