Steps

Preheat a generous amount of olive oil in your pan

Peel and cut (fry cut) your potatoes. Then add to the oil
- 3
Fry until golden brown and put in a serving plate with paper towel to remove excess oil. Remove paper towel after draining oil

Put the “jamón” or prosciutto on top of the fries
- 5
Fry your eggs in olive oil. Too the potatoes and jamón with eggs
- 6
Mix once served and enjoy!
