Healthy chocolate mousse

Butter free chocolate mousse, I've decreased the oil and sugar, actually the result is still rich, fluffy. ATTENTION! This recipe involves some raw eggs, if you're not comfortable eating them raw, then you can check the traditional chocolate mousse recipe which involves whipped cream instead of eggs.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Milt the chocolate with milk together in a large bowl over the boiling water. String then well.
- 2
Cool the chocolate by setting the bowl aside or cool the bow in the water. You must insure the temperature of chocolate mixture isn't too high or later you will have scrambled eggs.
- 3
Separate the egg white and egg yolk, add the egg yolk to room temperature chocolate mixture, mix them well.
- 4
Whisk the egg white, add the sugar gradually, keep whisking until full peak. Add the meringue gradually and gently to the chocolate mixture.
- 5
Pour the chocolate mousse evenly to two cups, cover them with a plastic wraps (mousse is a kind of foam, they will absorb the smell of fridge if they are not covered with wraps) put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight, and enjoy!
- 6
If you want you can replace the milk with other liquide ingredients like wine...

Chocolate Mousse Chocolate Mousse
I made this because I didn't have any chocolate mousse!!If possible, let it chill in the fridge for a firmer and more delicious finish.Let the chocolate cool down after microwaving it in step 1. (Hint: When you mix the chocolate it should leave traces behind.)If you whip the heavy cream while the bowl is still submerged in ice water, the process goes a lot faster!! Rich Chocolate Mousse Rich Chocolate Mousse
I made this for my daughter who loves chocolate. We had some chocolate pens in our house, so I came up with some designs with them. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of your bar chocolate. Please don't use milk chocolate. In Step 2, it's best to melt the chocolate using a double boiler. You can also melt it in a microwave. In this case, keep an eye on it while microwaving. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221 cookpad.japan -
